  • How can I perform at your open mic?

    Both our in-person and online poetry open mics operate on a random selection basis.

    In-Person Experiences: Upon doors opening and for the first 30 minutes (60 minutes for The Poets Pit), attendees have the chance to enter a raffle by signing a ticket. This is your entry into the night's poetry lineup. Each poet is entitled to one raffle ticket, and tickets cannot be signed on behalf of those not present. Once the open mic begins, the sign-up list is closed, and poets are then selected randomly throughout the evening. The final poet is called approximately 30 minutes before the event concludes.

    Online Poetry Open Mics: After joining the live session, you can submit a request to join in. Poets will be chosen randomly from these requests to participate.

    Regardless of the format, each poet is given a 5-minute slot to share one poem. This ensures everyone has a fair chance to express themselves within our community.

  • How can I be a part of your community?

    The simplest yet most impactful way to dive into our world and truly become a part of our community—our family—is to just show up, be it in person or online. Embrace who you are; be supportive, loving, engaging, fun, creative, unique. It’s all these qualities that will not only make you feel at home but truly make you a part of our family. This openness & authenticity is how we find those who become closer to us, collaborating more intimately with our team.

    And, should any opportunities arise within our family, we’ll definitely announce it on our social media channels. Keep an eye out; we’d love for you to join us more deeply in our journey.

  • I see the experience is sold out, will tickets be sold at the door?

    As soon as our tickets hit the "SOLD OUT" status, we're unable to offer any more tickets, either online or at the door. The number of tickets we make available directly corresponds to the venue's capacity limits, and unfortunately, we can't squeeze in extra attendees. We highly recommend securing your tickets early—our events have a track record of selling out each month. Missed out on tickets for our next experience?   • How can I be a Vendor or Live Painter at one of your experiences?

    We've set up a Submission Form so we can get to know your work and understand your preferred locations. Once you submit this form, your information will be on file with us, making it easier to reach out as opportunities arise. Should an opening align with your interests, you’ll receive an email from us with details on how to secure your spot.
